Getting a loan involves four major milestones.

Step one: Decide how much you can afford

Step two: pre-qualify for your loan

Step three: apply for your loan

Once you have made the offer and the sellers accept it, you should apply for the loan. It's very easy, and you can do it online, right here on our site. At the end of this step, we will order an appraisal of your new home.

Step four: your loan is funded

The agents will find an escrow/title company to handle the "funding" and closing. We'll work with this company to make sure the papers your lender needs are in order, and you will probably}likely sign everything at this company's officeWe do all the work to coordinate with the title company to set your closing date. Because you won't need to worry with this coordination, you get to concentrate on moving, paint colors, carpet, and the fun parts of moving into a new house.
